The design and construction of the Air Floors is what make the product so unique. The Air Floor is a product that allows athletes to train harder, while still minimising the risk of injury. Endorsed by Olympic athletes and reported by Bill Sands (academic researcher) as a more positive rebound surface than a traditional spring floor. The Air Floor is recommended to be used on top of a spring floor, tumbling strip, carpet foam or panel mats. The Air Floor offers a bouncier rebound than a rod floor. (Not intended for use on hard surfaces).

How long should I expect my Air Floor to stay inflated?
The Air Floor should remain inflated overnight. Most times, you will need to "top off" the air with a few pumps from the hand pump in the morning. Note: extreme air temperature changes may cause the air inside to constrict or expand which may be a factor in how tight or soft your Air Floor feels.
To what pressure should I inflate my Air Floor?
A pressure gauge is included with the purchase of an Air Floor. Please refer to the Air Floor Owner's Manual for detailed instructions.
How long does it take to inflate?
With the hand pump that is included, you can inflate a 3m Air Floor in about 5-10 minutes; a 6m will take about 10-20 minutes. Once the unit is inflated, it can be kept inflated with only small "top offs" with the hand pump each day. If you purchase the additional electric pump, you can inflate the unit in less than one minute
