Purpose: Many beginners learning a back extension roll tend to bend their arms and muscle up into the handstand. This can lead to misshape in the body making it hard to reach a full handstand. Use the Booster Block and Open Shoulder Trainer to create a great drill to help prevent these issues. This station gives the athlete a lever advantage and helps keep the head neutral and the arms straight.
