Strength Training Using Sectional Beam and the Floor Bar

Purpose: The straddle hold is a must for young athletes to develop good core muscles. Using the sectional beam or floor bar will increase balance, core strength and will encourage those who can't quite do it on the floor to try harder to keep their feet up.
