Back Tuck Drill using the Air Barrel

Purpose: Learning the back tuck can be frustrating for some gymnasts. Using the Air Barrel and a mat stack or resi pit can not only create good habits (keeping heads in), it can be fun in the process and requires no spotting on the part of the coach.

Set up: Place an Air Barrel on a panel mat to desired height in front of a stack of mushy mats or a resi pit and have fun!
