Purpose: A big Thank You to John Geddert for this station. Using the Bungee Block as a Bar wall is great for all kinds of drills. The numbers on the block help the gymnast to set goals of the height they start the skill from and where they want to finish the skill.
Set up: Using tie down straps looped through the D rings on a Bungee Block we looped it around the low bar supports to create a stable free standing wall.
