Kipping With the Forster Bar

Purpose: A kip (or 'Upstart') is a complicated skill involving several steps that require strength and technique. The pull up onto the bar is one component that typically takes practice and repetition. Use the Forster Bar to create a drill that allows the athlete to feel and work on the pull up and shoulder lean onto the bar at the finish of the kip.
