What is the Fly Right used for?

To practice and strengthen your muscles needed for balance as a flyer in cheerleading. It has realistic movement due to patented spring design.

Can I adjust the height?

Yes. It’s height is adjustable to experience a higher elevation of stunting: 30cm height for beginner flyers, 38cm height for intermediate flyers and 45cm height for experienced flyers.
