Undershoot Dismount on 5-in-1 Bar System

Purpose: Creating a technically correct body shape for an undershoot can be challenging. One of the most important parts to the undershoot is to keep the hips close to the bar to create the extended body shape needed for this dismount. Using the 5-in-1 Bar System in an uneven bar setting will help the athlete achieve a successful undershoot dismount.
